Creamy, cheesy and bursting with flavor! This is your new go-to backyard party, neighborhood BYO, and Netflix and chill family party food. Easily adaptable to whatever is in your cabinets - be careful, it's also addictive!
Serve with chips, crackers, or slices of celery and carrots for a healthy alternative.
Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 oz Eat Local Peppercorn Cheese, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallion, salt, pepper and paprika in the bowl of your food processor. Process until the ingredients reach a smooth consistency. Add lemon juice to your taste and to thin the dip a bit. Add cheddar and optional mashed garlic clove and continue to process until your dip is creamy and smooth.
Step 2
Garnish with chopped scallions and enjoy!
